General Information*

Mndful Animl has implemented unique protocols to see that it arrives safely and on time. These include a streamlined processing system; eco-friendly packing materials to protect your order (and our planet) against damages; reliable and flexible shipping services; and a variety of convenient shipping options to meet, if not exceed, your expectations.

Standard & Priority Order Processing (U.S./Territories)

All Standard and Priority orders received before 12pm Central Standard Time (CST) with delivery destinations throughout the contiguous U.S., Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories are usually processed and shipped the same day, Monday through Friday. This includes Next Day Air and 2^nd Day Shipping. (Excludes weekends and national holidays during which no orders are processed.)

Mndful Animl provides FREE Standard Shipping & Handling for all orders over $50 (excluding taxes) to shipping destinations within the contiguous U.S. [This offer is for delivery destinations within the contiguous United States only. Applicable taxes do not contribute towards satisfying the minimum requirement for Free Shipping. This offer does not include or apply to Priority Shipping.]

Standard Shipping Methods & Estimated Fees (U.S./Territories)

Mndful Animl uses a variety of cost-effective and expedient carriers for all shipping throughout the contiguous U.S., Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories. The latter includes the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam. (If you think it’s easy driving a truck across the ocean, you’re sadly mistaken.)

The various shipping options and estimated arrival times are as follows:

Contiguous U.S. (2-5 business days)

Hawaii, Alaska & U.S. Territories (2-7 business days)

[Priority orders received on a national holiday or during the weekend will not be processed until the next business day. All orders shipped via UPS Next Day Air will require a receipt signature. UPS 2^nd Day Air and Next Day Air Services cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.]

International Shipping

Mndful Animl uses UPS International for shipping destinations outside the contiguous U.S., Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories. The method is determined by the specific location and requested delivery date. Applicable and standard fees will apply. In addition, international customers may incur a customs or duty fee independent of, and in addition to, standard Robert Natali shipping and handling fees.

Applicable Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect and remit applicable sales tax based on the retail sales tax laws of your delivery destination. This sales tax is automatically computed and displayed when you make your purchase. It is included in your total.

Tracking Your Package

After completing your order, you’ll receive a courtesy email. This email will confirm your purchase and provide a tracking number with a link to UPS, so you can conveniently monitor your order’s progress and estimated arrival date.
